I played a pivotal role in shaping project deliverables by producing functional specifications, wireframes, flow diagrams, schematics, and prototypes. These detailed assets ensured a clear vision for both client work and internal development. Additionally, I created comprehensive project documentation and presentations to support pitches and communicate updates for new or ongoing initiatives.

As a mentor, I provided guidance and support to Production Designers, helping them refine their skills and align their work with project objectives. My leadership extended to introducing responsive design methodology and embedding design thinking into our processes, with a strong emphasis on accessibility. These initiatives established accessibility considerations as non-negotiable, ensuring inclusivity in all projects.

A significant milestone during this time was my research and presentation of a roadmap that became the foundation for the website’s evolution. This framework not only modernized the site but also facilitated a seamless transition away from outdated Flash elements, aligning with accessibility guidelines and future-proofing the platform.

I also contributed to mobile innovation by working on wireframes and designs while collaborating closely with developers on the mobile app. This project was transformative for users, introducing features and functionality previously unavailable, and marked a major leap in enhancing the user experience.
